OK- I am showing you ONE picture of the most organized space of my house! I have piles of educational materials, felt, resource manuals, and other supplies in various piles around our house that need to find a better place to be stored! I really look forward to seeing all of your wonderful ideas!

Thanks to some pencil boxes I had purchased awhile ago, I have organized our kitchen cabinet with all our pencils, crayons, stickers, glue sticks, scissors, batteries, etc. I am pretty stinkin' proud of this one little space!Happy Organizing!
I'm a big fan of pencil box and pencil pouch (the kind at walmart with the clear vinyl in the middle so you can see inside) storage.

ReplyDeleteVery cool! I have our crayons and markers in containers like these, but it would be good to do the same with glue sticks, batteries, scissors, etc as you have!

ReplyDeleteI never thought of using pencil boxes like this! This is a great idea. I am going to do this for all of our small craft items like, foam shapes, pipe cleaners, pom poms and so forth.

ReplyDeleteI too love the pencil box storage option. I hit the sales of them every year. My husband thinks it's crazy, but I love how they stack so nicely.

You have to start small :) I like how you used all available space. However, I hate stacks, because it's hard to get something from the middle without disturbing the rest. So I only stack something that actually comes out of the shelf together (for example, pencils and paper). We have tons and tons of extra shelves to avoid stacking. Fortunately, my husband doesn't mind putting all those shelves in :)
