This month I have been working on making Jacs a book that describes her bath time. The purpose is to build vocabulary with things that are familiar to her. Instead of reading about another baby’s bath time experience, why not read about her own? It would be more meaningful. She also loves taking baths (just yesterday we were splashing around in the water when she got a big case of the giggles- she would look at me and laugh, which would make me laugh, which in turn made her laugh harder… It was SO adorable- I love it when she laughs!).
This book was made using a blank board book (you can purchase online at www.barebooks.com). I designed the pages on the computer, making sure that the pages were the correct size. The board books are 5″ by 5″. I then printed them on sticker paper, cut them to the right size, and then put them in the book! Very simple and very cute!!!
