OK, so you might think I have way to much time on my hands…I have made another Mommy-made Baby Book for Jacs. I really don’t have extra time, I just never sleep! This book is a baggie book- the bags protect the pages,plus you can unseal a baggie to update your story. This new book is called “My Room”. I took pictures of items in Jackie’s room- her crib, rocking chair, dresser, etc. I used the GIMP- amazing, opensource photo editing software- to get rid of the background so all you could see was the object I was going to write about. It made it all worth it to see Jackie’s face light up and hear her sweet little shrieks of excitement when I showed her the pages of her room! Now all she wants to do is crinkle the pages- at least she has her hands on a book!
